Important Notes:

  1. KYC Verification: All participants must complete identity verification before the event ends to claim rewards.

  2. Trading Volume Calculation:

    • Trading volume = buy volume + sell volume.

    • For Prize 3, total trading volume = spot trading volume + (futures trading volume × 40%).

  3. Net Deposit Calculation:

    • Net deposit = (deposits + fiat purchases) – (withdrawals + fiat sales).

    • Only on-chain deposits are valid. Transfers between Gate.io accounts or Gatecode deposits are excluded.

    • Daily net deposit data is calculated at 23:59 UTC each day.

  4. Reward Distribution:

    • Rewards will be distributed in USDT within 14 working days after the event ends.

    • Distribution details will be announced on Gate.io News.

  5. Prohibited Activities:

    • Duplicate accounts, fake registrations, self-trading, or any form of cheating are strictly prohibited.

    • Subaccounts and accounts with identical KYC information are considered the same account and cannot participate.

  6. Exclusions: Market makers, corporate accounts, institutional accounts, affiliate accounts, and partner accounts are not eligible.

  7. One Reward per User: Participants can only claim rewards from one ongoing Gate.io event.

  8. Language Preference: In case of discrepancies, the English version of the terms shall prevail.

  9. Final Interpretation: Gate.io reserves the right to interpret and modify the event rules.

  10. Non-Affiliation: This event is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

  11. Restricted Locations: Users in the United Kingdom and other restricted regions cannot participate. For details, refer to the User Agreement.
